Suggestions for excursions from DORNHÜGEL whose destinations can be reached by car in less than two hours:

	Eden Large private game reserve with many different kinds of game including e.g. Elephants, at the road C 2845, abt. 50 kms driving distance.
	Grootfontein is our administrative center with a museum, worthwhile to visit.
	Tsumeb At the end of the road C 42, a nice old mining town with a very interesting mine museum and the Cultural Village giving information about the different natives of Namibia.
	Hoba Meteorite The largest metallic meteorite of the world at the road C 2859.
	JU/Hoansi SAN Historic Living Villiage Near the Road No. C44. You can spend a day in this traditional bushmen village experiencing the life of this sympathic tribe

Upon request we can visit together with you the unspoiled Bushman's Land for a few days by 4x4 car.

We, however, suggest this trip only during the month March to October and we can take a maximum of 8 guests.
